about Meesh
Hi, I’m Meesh — just a fun-loving 50+ GenXer sharing my natural gray hair journey and living life beyond the dye.
After years of coloring my hair, I chose to go gray naturally, and it’s been one of the most empowering journeys of my life. My last dye was in October 2024, and I haven’t looked back (other than to see how far I’ve come on my journey).
This space is all about life after the dye — sharing my journey to embracing gray hair, finding new beauty and confidence, and living fully through everyday moments, travel, and more.
Whether you’re thinking about going gray, already on your own journey, or just looking for a little inspiration to live more freely and authentically, I’m so happy you’re here.
Welcome to life in my gray hair era blog ~ where I share the real and raw of going gray, showing up, and starting fresh.

Confidence shines through gray hair when you stop hiding and start showing up as yourself 🩶 October marks one year since I stopped coloring my hair, and I’ve learned so many lessons along the way. The one that stands out most… tune out the noise. The lioness stays focused on her truth, knowing her strength doesn’t come from pleasing others but from honoring who she’s becoming ✨

Summer was all about travel, family, and creating UGC… but my annual physical brought a surprise. My first bone density scan showed osteoporosis. At 55 it was a shock and also a reminder that midlife wellness matters as much as anything else.
Just like my gray hair journey, this is another chapter where sharing makes us stronger. And right now I’m in San Francisco, but why is a story for next time 👀✨
