Overthinking is overrated… I say that as someone who is still working on it. And I’m proud to say that yesterday… I just went 🥹

Thirty years ago we lived here… our daughters were born in this city ❤️

Back then it was both of us in full survival mode… raising babies, building careers, just trying to keep it all together. Spontaneous weeknight anything was not a thing.

Now we just… go.

Weeknight dim sum. Cable car rides just because. Being pleasantly surprised every time by what the evening sky does over this city. This is empty nester life and we are here for it ✨

Grateful doesn’t even cover it… this chapter, this gray hair, all of it finally lining up 🩶

After one of my previous reels asking whether the sun affects gray hair… you all came through with the answers. Turns out sun exposure can yellow gray hair over time, so I’m taking your advice and wearing a hat (instead of a visor) to pickleball from now on ☀️🧢
