A Few Things I’ve Noticed About Posture Lately

After sharing a bit about posture in my last post, I ended up talking about it more than I expected.

Not in a “here’s what you should do” way… just in a noticing way.

I didn’t realize how often I was collapsing forward until I wasn’t anymore. Not dramatically. Not overnight. Just small moments throughout the day where I felt more aware of how I was holding myself.

Wearing the Forme bra became part of that awareness. Not as something restrictive, but as a quiet reminder. I’d catch myself sitting taller without thinking about it. Standing with a little more ease. Letting my shoulders soften instead of rounding.

Over time, I started noticing other small shifts too. Fewer tension headaches than I used to have. Less neck and shoulder discomfort, especially when I’m traveling. Even sitting on airplanes feels different now… more supported, less strained. I can’t point to one single thing, but the awareness alone seems to have made a difference.

A few things I’ve noticed and felt worth saving here too…

It takes a little getting used to at first.
It’s snug by design, but not uncomfortable.
I notice the awareness more than the “support.”
In the beginning I wore it daily, and now I wear it when it feels helpful.

That’s really been the theme for me lately. Nothing all or nothing. Nothing forced. Just choosing support when it feels right.

I’ll link the Forme bra I wear here, and I do have a coupon code available if you’re looking for one.

This season has been less about fixing and more about listening.
Posture included.

Every step we take is a step toward our true selves.
Thanks for walking part of this path with me.
